Arrival in Beijing : Our guide will meet you outside the customs of the airport after you retrieve your luggage and clear the customs, and then transfer you to the hotel in downtown area. The rest of the day is on your own to explore the city. Beijing is a historic city full of cultural sites and refined scenery. Four days are definitely not enough for you to explore it all. If you arrive early in the day, you could take a taxi to the newly renovated Qianmen Street on your own. Along the street you will see Qing Dynasty-style buildings, sample traditional local snacks, explore antique stores and maybe even see an old city's cultural performance. Many old brands like Quanjude roast duck, Guanghe theatre and tea inns can be found here. It is a good place for you to enjoy the culture of this old capital.

Breakfast at the hotel ,The first day's private sightseeing visits of your 10 days China itinerary cover the grand Tiananmen Square, the majestic Forbidden City and the sacred Temple of Heaven. All of them are the symbolic tourist attractions of the city. Tiananmen Square is regarded as the heart of the great nation which records the indomitable revolutionary spirit and the undaunted heroic spirit of the nation. Displaying incomparable ancient buildings in front of you, the subsequent exploration in the Forbidden City will allow you to have a deep insight into China's profound history. You may ask your guide to give you some suggestions about the good restaurants nearby. On the way back to downtown, we will drive by the Bird's Nest and stop over there for a while so that you can take some photos for this significant building. After that, proceed to a featured local market to relax yourself.

Your private 10 days China tour package in Beijing will come to an end after visiting the well-preserved Summer Palace where a Kunming Lake boat ride is included and taking a Hutong rickshaw tour. Then head to Xi'an by a high speed train and our private transfer will take you to the hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel , Your Xian travel starts from the world-famous Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. It was discovered by the local farmers while digging a well in 1974. This accidental discovery made the eighth wonder worldwide famous. Nearly eight thousand pieces of soldiers have been renovated to date. The excavation includes warriors, horses, chariot, bronze, swords, spears, halberts and many others. You will arrange lunch on your own today. Our guide will recommend you some nice restaurants upon your request.In the afternoon, visit the Provincial History Museum and the time-honored Great Mosque. Then extend your journey to the lively Muslim Street, where you can take a leisurely walk or purchase some fancy gifts for your families or friends.

Terracota Warriors

After Breakfast ,This morning our guide will escort you to the well-kept ancient City Wall. If you are capable of riding bicycles, we suggest you rent a bicycle to ride around on the wall. It is surely a memorable and exciting experience. Afterwards, our guide will show you Xian Museum and another ancient landmark of the Tang Dynasty, the Small Wild Goose Pagoda. The precious exhibits in the museum will tell you the glory of this ancient capital city. As part of the museum, the Small Wild Goose Pagoda in Jianfu Temple was listed as the national major cultural relic preservation site by State Council in 1961. This Tang Dynasty Pagoda always leaves visitors a sense of pretty, exquisite and graceful. Have Lunch (own your own) After that, you will take a flight to Guilin. Upon your arrival, our local guide will expect you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel.

After breakfast , Enduring memories are created today as you cruise down Li River to Yangshuo. The 83 kilometers river course to Yangshuo is like a green ribbon flanked by numerous verdant hills. The odd peaks standing along the river course reflect on the crystal-clear water, creating a splendid landscape painting. Fields and gardens strew at random on the bank, which brings you the reminiscence of idyllic lifestyle depicted in ancient Chinese poetries. The cruise lasts around 4 hours and reaches terminal Yangshuo at about 14:00. Upon arrival at Yangshuo, we will transfer you to the countryside of Yangshuo and visit a local villager's home to experience the farmer's lifestyle there along the way. It is a better way to enjoy the pastoral scenery of Yangshuo. Finally, we will transfer you back to Guilin.Tips: The lunch served on the cruise today is simple Chinese box lunch. , so we kindly suggest you have a hearty breakfast at the hotel this morning.

After Breakfast ,Your included sightseeing today is to visit the brilliant Reed Flute Cave - the Palace of Natural Arts, the Seven Star Park and the Elephant Trunk Hill, the emblem of the city. Then you will take a flight to Shanghai and our private transfer will take you to the hotel.In the next one or two days, you can plan a self-service visit to the newly renovated recreational district, the Xin Tian Di (New World, New Heaven and Earth), if you have plenty of time. It is not far from your hotel, so taking taxi is quite convenient. Xin Tian Di area was restored from the old Shikumen neighborhood, a type of tenement found only in old Shanghai. Now these old stone buildings are reconstructed into boutiques, clubs and restaurants. The Wu Li Xiang House, meaning Open House, is the best kept old style local house in Xin Tian Di area. If you are interested, we suggest you visit it by yourself after dinner. Xin Tian Di also assembles the various local foods and it is easy for you to find a restaurant or café to sample your dinner there.

After Breakfast , In the morning, you will visit Shanghai Museum and the Yu Garden. An a la carte lunch (valued at CNY150.00 per person and included in our price) will be arranged for you at a well-known local restaurant, which offers veritable Shanghai and Cantonese cuisines. After enjoying the terrific lunch, you will take a short cruise trip on Huangpu River, the mother river of the city. Along two sides of the river, you will witness city's past through many European buildings on the west and marvel at city's modernity and rapid development on the east. Then you will have some free time to explore the Bund area. Afterwards, you will visit an old street in the city. Have some free time and take a leisurely walk there. Dinner is arranged on your own.
